Power-wise, I guess it can be toned down by reducing the buff to a +0/+1, but that kind of effect is pretty rare; frankly I'm not satisfied with the effect at all, also because it requires a target that may well not exist, but I couldn't think of anything else appropriate in green.
I also thought about making those legendary, not sure if it's worth as a drawback
Worth experimenting with. There's two playability problems to bear in mind with a cycle like this.
The first is the balance issue. This is nearly ok - but a bit over the top. Okina, Temple to the Grandfathers has a limitation and costs on use. I think that a card with the effect of "Gain and +1/+1" would cost more than . (Artifacts costing seem to be about the sweet-spot for an equivalent land effect)
On the flip side - this is about as weak as effect is able to be. There's not much room to manuever down here.
The second potential issue is the tension between wanting mana, and remembering to put the buff somewhere. A simple 2 colour deck could well be running 8 of these, and that's 8 different temporary effects to keep track of every turn. The 'should I commit to combat' calculation is going to be incredibly fiddly!
Still; making land interesting is always worth a try.
The concept here is to have lands that provide 1 colored mana and (in exchange to a little initial mana investment) one small color-appropriate bonus effect that would normally be too minor to pay even 1 mana for it. However I'm not sure about the balancing; the blue and white ones (and perhaps the green one too) are probably too weak, and the black and red ones are possibly quite pushed
I suggest instead of making this legendary shapeshifter nonlegendary on copying something, it should just keep its name - that way it stays always legendary, but you can still use it to copyanother legendary permanent of yours for fun.
