Raging Kavu but 2/2 rather than 3/1? Sure. But I don't think it'd fit normal standards for a rare these days.

yes it is, but one is really old and the other is half of a rare split card. Considering the LD options in extended at the moment I think this is OK.

Stone Rain "Fixed" for 'modern design'. Seeing as a no-drawback Land destruction effect is now a base CMC 4 Demolish, Drain the Well, Melt Terrain, etc; I figure that this can easily exist at CMC 3.
