I think double-hybrid costs are counted as more expensive than 1C, even though not as expensive as CC (or CD), so 1 extra damage seems fine costwise. (In fact, if it were strictly better, it probably wouldn't be broken, but it's nice to avoid strictly-betters when possible.) Although you only usually use hybrid mana if you have a group of cards in a set that use it.
Interestingly, this is basically precisely Glissa's Scorn.
Also interestingly (although not particularly surprisingly, Multiverse already includes an artifact destruction spell called Sabotage: Sabotage. There's also Industrial Sabotage and Sabotage the Ships :)

Um, this is now
or
so cheaper than glissa, and deals 1 more damage.
It's still probably fine though.

Odd how Crumble -> Naturalize goes, isn't it?
Made it an instant (for now) seems apropriate for the cost
Hee. This is fuun. I think the cost's pretty much fine.
changed landwalk (swamp -> forest) added pro black
should have a simpler wording, seems very wordy to me. May be overpowered/undercosted now
Now searches for multiple cards instead of one, upped rarity
About the cost: I first thought of Stone Rain that destroys a land for a CMC of 3 at common...
Interesting discount on Conquer. But I suppose Annex shows this is broadly appropriately costed.
