Suddenly I had a thought how to make this a bit more desirable in multiplayer.
As opposed to Scatter Arc this can counter creature spells.
REPRINT Dreamstalker Manticore
Top-down reprint. When do you ever get to reprint an enchantment creature with a perfect name? May be a bad choice, but the first additional booster is the time to experiment. :)
See Ambition's Cost.
Almost was a red Chimera, but they are now associated with flying and I wanted to keep this one simple.
Return of the "If you can't, get a card"-text introduced on Feed the Soil.
The ability to pick one card out of the top 4 is not traditionally green, but I rule it acceptable due to the fact that it is an uncertain "reward". I imagine though that it will feel often less of a consolation prize than just cycling your ramp spell.
I am not using "draw a card" here since players may accidentally forget about the revealed cards.
Something nice to flicker.
The rule of thumb may be: Abilities that only care about the card itself trigger explicitly on ETB or phase-in, while abilities that care about other cards look for both?

Just a little bit of top-down.
We'll need at least some of these french vanillas.
I make no claim to be able to appreciate how these ought to be balanced, but getting half a creature seems bad.
Also, if it flies and it phases, that's a Drake.
I think another cycle using ETB effects to balance out the cycling might be more usable.
... and toughness.
Cycle? Just simulating flashback in an enchantment-y way since enchantment creatures are already in the set to help represent the dream-state.
This is basically dreamt sorceries.
Dreams come true are enchantment creatures?
A lago is an anthropomorph lagomorph. :)
pt: 1/3 >> 1/2
I thought my idea was amazingly creative, but forgot Kragma Butcher already exists, so I removed and one point of power to make the card a bit more unique.
Though entering tapped seems still like a neat thing that's both a drawback and a benefit on this card.
See Mistweaver, Dusk Connoisseur.
Yeah, it's funny how sometimes making a card harder to cast makes it stronger
