The Mass enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
The Mass gets +1/+0 for each other creature you control.
The Mass gets -0/+1 for each creature you opponent controls.
As long as you control more creatures than your opponent, The Mass has trample.

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery, flip a coin. If that spell’s controller wins the coin flip, he or she draws a card. Otherwise, counter that spell.

Not Urborg enters the battlefield tapped.
As Not Urborg enters the battlefield, choose a basic land type.
As long as Not Urborg is untapped, each land you control has the chosen type in addition to their other types.

Counter target spell unless it’s controller pays
. If that spell is countered this way, untap up to two lands.

Until your next turn, creatures your opponents control must attack you if able and attacking creatures have a base power of 1.

EDIT: + Card draw on the upside.
Well, I guess that's the red part of its casting cost explained :)
This does seem like it would not be fun to play against. And generally nowadays both outcomes should have some upside; even if it's a small one.
Perhaps this would be better as counter unless they pay - where heads gives one payment and tails another?
Also questionable fun problem: I can't attack or block with this, because I'm afraid to trade. But I don't know if my opponent has any instants or sorceries. But he might. But... but...
6/2s really want to swing.
Not a very fun coinflip card. I'm of the opinion that if you are going to need to design something that involves doing a tedious and repetivie action, it should at least be fun for one player. This is fun for neither unless you decide to build a UR deck that is centered around not casting instants or sorceries.
Reminds me of Suicidal Charge kinda.
Anyway, too awkward IMO. Maybe prevent all damage that they would do?
Soothsaying is that you?
I was exploring an alternative Sensei’s Diving Top design where you still have the ability to set up your next turn but without having the temptation to take forever doing it. It’s not nearly as good but I think that’s the point.
It's a real shame that Beserk is already a different, more famous, card.
Regardless, this is a nice solid dual-use card. Which I think the newest theories would have me suggest might want to be uncommon.
This would be a horrible temptation for building a draw-go deck. It is basically fine, but harks back to a simpler time, when you were expected to manipulate your deck a lot at the end of your opponents turn.
Feels like some mix of Omen Machine, Possibility Storm, Wild Evocation, Guild Feud, and Sunbird's Invocation. Pretty standard design if you ask me.
Should say "exiles" btw.
