If you skip your draw step, you'll never draw cards to replace with casting a card instead

Feels like some mix of Omen Machine, Possibility Storm, Wild Evocation, Guild Feud, and Sunbird's Invocation. Pretty standard design if you ask me.

Should say "exiles" btw.
