Arnath is a plane that has a totalitarian society, which is aided by magical surveillance devices and the like. There is trouble-a-brewing though, and a good percentage of the population is in at least some level of rebellion.

I feel like the scry 1 for one mana is brutal against any non-control deck. That being said, I don't know what would feel right for blue to mirror Authority of the Consuls. |

Something, something, censorship.

Green-white exalted-like theme common.
For the green-white "exalted"-like theme.
Nontribal Alpha Status.
Adding Crusader of Odric/Scion of the Wild to a creature.
Strictly worse colorshifted Hope against Hope but common rather than uncommon.
Concept: Drawing strength from the fact that your community believes in you/relies on you.
It's actually really cool since this card predates the release of Kaldheim by less than half a year and the original spoiler of Behold the Multiverse by about two months.
Validation! :)
It's almost Behold the Multiverse. That's not a complaint or criticism.
This Transparency was the most interesting to me. Most of the other designs felt like split-payments, and that I like the idea of taunting the ops by having the card visible and having open mana. This one though can make your opponent feel a little more secure by seeing it, which I'm guessing would ideally be for the end of the game, while the Transparency version feels like it wants to stall.
