common to uncommon
Yeah, I don't know what I was thinking ;)
I think you mean "11 or more words". Reading more than an average sentence is just too daunting for new players, especially in this day and age.
Exiling itself is incredibly complex, but this card as is, is also complex. Might be better to bump this up to uncommon.
Especially with that name. Foreign words on an English card? How many Ph.Ds will you need to play this set?

Oh no. Now it should have the reminder text about what is a 'permanent' (see Nature's Spiral).
added 'target'. derp
"Tap up to two target creatures." -> "Tap two permanents."
I don't know about the ambiguous 'targets' wording, but...
Shame it can't quite be "Tap two creatures". Oooh! Could it be "Tap two targets"? That even alliterates better!
REPRINT: Giant Growth.
I'm not sure about the instant reminder.
NOTE: Instants (spells with flash) are redflagged at common.
REPRINT: Walking Corpse.
A zombie entering tapped is super flavorful, so maybe something like that should be used instead - or addition to. I mean, can't have enough vanillas, right?
REPRINT: Déjà Vu.
NOTE: If 'Instant' is modified into a super type, this will be functionally equivalent to Call to Mind.
Recursion at common might not be acceptable. This can even be looped with two copies though it achieves little... Maybe a new version that exiles itself afterwards?
6 words - not counting reminder text.
Being tapped is pretty much the same thing as "can't block" anyway.

The following are redflagged:
20 % common cards need to be vanilla creatures.
EDIT:
Btw...
> "Hexproof
> New players don't understand targeting so hexproof was kind of doomed from the start. OUT"
What I'm getting from this is that targeting should be avoided if possible at common.
