It's a shame that, aside from Crested Sunmare and to a lesser extent Nightmare, most Horses aren't very exciting :\

I feel like they both are but the wording on the Lorwyn one is a little odd.

"If Lorwyn gets more votes, this creature gains 'Whenever you cast a red spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.'"

Hmm! Maybe drop Wizards, as they are color-ambiguous enough, and witches in Magic seem evenly split between them, Shamans, and Spellshapers (and a couple Clerics here and there). More primarily black creatures to fill the space would be Rats and Hags.
