adjusted cost (was a bit overpriced) and added an extra clause to the minus 6 and 0 because in the old version, if one instance of weatherlight planeswalker is destroyed, exiled, etc. the cards it exiled become unusable and the new casting of weatherlight won't be able to access those card. the new version can access the card exiled by previous weatherlights
