This is quite close to a green Pyretic Ritual, but better in majority of cases.

IMO a red variant would be better.

Still very, very pushed, but at least in the right color.

Actually it's pyretic ritual + a 2/1 so it's probably busted... and a 1/2 mana dork would likely be even better. Compare to Priest of Urabrask.

EDIT:

I think you might be good if you just add + to that mana cost.

I wonder if it's reasonable to just write "Enchant two creatures"

I'd omit the "That you control" bit; because what is it really adding; besides words? The second instance of it has a slight safety-net feature, but "Well don't do that then" seems to cover it.

Flavour-wise it is nice to see a non "Ragh hate smash" emotion in red.
