Neat! Missing a casting cost for the front though.
adjusted cost (was a bit overpriced) and added an extra clause to the minus 6 and 0 because in the old version, if one instance of weatherlight planeswalker is destroyed, exiled, etc. the cards it exiled become unusable and the new casting of weatherlight won't be able to access those card. the new version can access the card exiled by previous weatherlights
I think it can be condensed a bit:
"Put a random card exiled with Weatherlight, Planeswalking Skyship or another permanent that shares a name with it into your hand."
