The spells on Grimm come in many different forms. Entwine is seen here representing this.

Story: Used on 8 cards: Town Mayor, Purelight Priest, Fey-Path Wisewoman, Oppressed Villagers, Gorestained Hunter, Restless Goliath, Mage of Autumn, Duelling Cat

Used to represent the fate of certain cards coming true. Fairy tale theme. Lets you cast cards for cheaper when certain conditions are met.

Dream: Used on 5 cards: Puzzled Hound, Gathering Dreamers, Midnight Stroller, Lost Shopkeeper, Nervous Insomniac

Keyword. Represents the effect dreams have on the inhabitants of Grimm. Whenever you exile a card, ~




In card text or details pages, write the mechanic's code name (playtest name) between square brackets, like "[Crittercast]", "[Bushido 1]" or "[Delay 4 {2}{R}{R}]". It will be expanded to the mechanic's name plus reminder text, such as "Suspend 4 – {2}{r}{r}. (Rather than cast this spell from your hand,...)"
To expand a mechanic's name but not its reminder text, include parentheses at the end of the square brackets: "[Crittercast()]", "[Delay 9 {R}()]".
