Recent updates to Soradyne Laboratories v1.2: (Generated at 2025-11-29 06:37:50)
Had to adjust the Dartsniper's ability; the previous "spell during combat" trigger is really supposed to be reserved for the "media" group within the set (G/W, Newbridge Dispatch, reporters, etcetera).
Shouldn't have been a scout.
This is an interesting execution. I like it.
Yeah, I think this is now a 1st-pickable Green Uncommon (meaning I'd play Green for this), something you don't find very often.
Reminds me of Trolls of Tel-Jilad. Somewhat more aggressively costed, but that may be okay. The regen cost is only Broken Fall anyway.
Nice version of Ambush Viper.
Bumped up the power by 1 because, well, I could.
Wow. I like that idea.
Inspired by the flavor text, might it be more interesting to remove the activation cost on Trample and then bump the cost on the regeneration ability but let it target any creature you control?
Pretty fair assessment. I hadn't figured in the Halebeast at 4 mana yet when I first came up with this guy, so I like where he'd fit in a lower curve.
I think you're moving in the wrong direction. Your Green uncommon creatures are currently:
As this is an Elf Scout AND a Healer, I'd recommend moving this down to a simple 1/1 for G, otherwise all the Green uncommons are situated in this mid-range area of 2G+. As precedent, this is basically a fair Wellwisher, lacking tribal synergy and being less likely to appear in multiples, so I think you have a lot of leeway in terms of body structure and where you fit it on the curve.
I can see him as a 2/3, but I'm hesitant to go as far as a 3/3, as I'd rather he not be seen first as a fighter.
Might not go over well when I cube draft it on the Magic Cruise...
Well, now I insist that this card make children tokens you can drown.
