On Goblin Artisans M13 (reply):
At present our skeleton codes are haphazard, and we should do them like Wizards (creatures first), so I suggest we leave them out until we're closer to a skeleton. Also, it seems like a good idea to track all of the changes we make to slots, if you change a card please post the previous iteration as a comment on it (is there a way to put this message at the top of the page?). Anyway, I've been out of town, so I'm just now seeing this; I doubt I'll have time to be a full time designer, but I'll contribute where I can. Edit: I make an impressive number of typos when using a smartphone to post. |

When Divine Favor enter the battlefield, gain 3 life.
Should it be worded "Target creature gets +1/+1 for each creature you control until end of turn" ?
Also, can I steal the card Dark Path from your website for a set of mine ?
Divine Favor has proven more popular than Holy Strength. Given that we need to have something like this, why not the one people like?
I like the name. Haha.
I think you can take out the word "a."
Yeah... I absolutely love Faith's Fetters, but if Oblivion Ring was uncommon in a core set, so should this be. Or perhaps it should just be Arrest or O-Ring.
nice trick
I like that the "remove from combat" wording is shorter, but is it worth considering a maze of ith style phrasement?
"Untap target creature. Prevent all combat damage that creature would deal or be dealt this turn?"
note also that a creature still counts as an attacking creature after combat damage has been dealt before the combat phase is over. many players will not be aware of this fact.
<3 Dodo!
i agree that Faith's Fetters is a little complex for a core set common. perhaps the rarity could be upped?
I'm very fond of this little birdy and am happy to see it.
What was the thinking behind adding this Favor and its opposite to the Goblin's Lair (2013) core set? Those two seemed like incidental inclusions in M12, and their inclusion here seems arbitrary as well.
Note that magic 2012 had a somewhat strong Aura subtheme running through it. Will Goblin's Lair?
