the symbiotic upgrade here is stronger than on other cards, but red has a lot less in the way of enablers. thinking that the will keep it in check

white needs access to fortifications, so i'll need to make some dedicated ones. fortifications are a pretty boring permanent type - lands don't really have enough variance between them to justify chopping & changing fortification loadouts - but i'll make it work
