Not sure if you're still working on the set, but Indestructible is now a keyword ability.
That's tied to combat. In the same way that green gets Krosan Vorine and Prey Upon, but not Murder: its tapping has to be tied to creature combat.
This should indeed be blue, white, or both.
? Green gets Orochi Ranger style tapping.
This card is very good - just the first part is probably at least uncommon worthy for its strength and its impact on the board. However, more importantly, this card isn't really green or black. Neither color gets tapping (MaRo has stated that Entangling Vines should not have been printed). This should probably mono white, but I suppose I could see this as a
hybrid.
Dunno, maybe they use stepping stones and try to skip from one to the next really quickly.
I'll stop. Interesting combination of abilities though - double-walk is pretty close to 'is unblockable', but isn't quite there.
though I have to wonder why the city has plains in it.
Just FYI, that would be "discreetly," not "discretely."
Red gets flying at a fair price on huge creatures. Wizards calls this "The Dragon Rule". It mostly has to do with the fact that Wizards wants Red to have dragons, but doesn't want them to suck.
Right now, this card reads to me "

: Deal 5 damage divided any way you choose among any number of target creatures or players. Also do some stuff with your deck, and this happens to be a creature or something.
Hmm. Could do.
I think you have to ask the question, what are you trying to achieve with this card? It's like you're wanting to make a Scry effect with a benefit for choosing one scry option rather than the other. That may be a reasonable aim, but when the reward is as good as a point of damage, it overwhelmingly draws the focus to the reward. At the moment it feels like Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, except as a one-drop, which is obviously crazy. Make this a rare 4/4 flying Elemental and the ability would be fine (except that it's burn in mono-blue, of course)...
If I had a Prodigal Pyromancer deck, this card would go right in it.
Perhaps just
: scry 1, and the additional passive ability "Whenever a card is put on the bottom of your library, ~ deals one damage to itself and to target creature or player."
Would that be more appropriate?
Demands of the set, though really I'm not sure how one would make it more blue. The only strongly blue creature keyword is flying.
In any case, there's a cycle of conflict-color-pair Memory of ___ rares, and this was our best go at the UR. As it stands, the jury is still out on (((Memory of Centaurs))) (the GU)...
Also quite right. Many thanks.
Reword for "indestructible"
"This creature is indestructible" perhaps.
Does this want to have "as though it had flash"? Otherwise you won't be able to use the nice part of this card.
Indeed. Whether or not red should get such a creature was debated a bit over on Sharp-Axe Dwarf.
Nicely crafted. Nice flavour text too.
Unfortunately "Indestructible" isn't a keyword ability, so it'd have to say "CARDNAME is indestructible", which reads far less clearly for Possess purposes.
Fascinating mechanic. I look forward to seeing what else it's on.
Nice! The flash makes it. Still basically a sideboard card against burn, and it'll be unlikely to do the damage more than once, but it's still a nice design. (Which also randomly hoses Pyrohemia effects.)
Very nice idea. Unfortunately, the execution is something of a pain... you have to choose the target creature or player before you see the scried card. I might make it "each opponent" just to smooth the playing.
Also, a card with "
: Deal 1 damage to any target" - which this effectively is - should no way be uncommon or a one-drop. Compare with Spikeshot Elder, Kumano, Master Yamabushi and Flowstone Overseer, all of which are rare and plenty good enough while having a far less efficient burn ability.
Interesting mechanic. Like Spellshapers, it gives all your high-CMC cards something to do if you can't cast them. It works something like Retrace (Flame Jab etc), but discarding high-CMC cards rather than lands.
This card itself is rather like Hell's Thunder, and I'm not sure why it's blue. Presumably demands of the flavour/setting.
This was designed with a slightly different definition of Possess. It likely needs tweaking both in that regard and for cost.
