I think this breaks all the rules about lands. seems very OP!

It's basically a free 3 mana on turn 1, this is basically a black lotus.

Almost. I mean, it's not quite, because it only makes red, and uses your land drop. But it's still fairly obviously far too good.

­Seething Song adds two mana to your pool. This adds three. And Seething Song has a Gatherer rating of 4.474... so it's not like that's a bad card. It's potentially too good...

So, if I was to guess, I would say this was equivalent to a spectacular four casting cost spell. Kind of like a land that cast an uncounterable Fact or Fiction when it hit the table.
