I could just make it an Aura with a casting cost as well, but I wonder whether there is some virtue to not doing so.

For one thing I already know that I want all Corruptions to be equal in effect size since they can be summoned by a keyword action just like Contraptions, so they probably would all cost about the same anyway. Hmmm.
