What... is this?

Even {u}, supposedly the worst creature color, gets Slither Blade for one mana at common nowadays. Then you can also for {1} get a creature like Keeper of the Lens, which is a 1/2 with an upside.

I don't even see any tribal cards that would buff this up or make it relevant.
