Decided to change this up bringing it in line with the Penumbra creatures. This may need to bump to uncommon now.

This looks more like an uncommon effect, I'd agree. It's a very nice simple design though.

Made the bump to Uncommon
Thinking of adding "under your control" between 'battlefield' and 'that' so it can be used as 'sneaky' control by enchanting an opponent's creature but that may require bumping the cost to {2}{b}{b}.

­False Demise. It's probably fine at {2}{b}. Plus, as written, it already does that, since you control the enchantment. If you wanted your opponent to gain control of the Penumbra it would probably need something like "Enchanted creature gains "[Add Quoted text here]".
