The +1 gets cards into the graveyard to help fuel the ultimate.
The -2 takes out dangerous creatures and further fuels the ultimate.
The Ultimate floods the board with a horde of zombies.
Nice sensible 'walker design. The abilities do indeed have natural synergy. The -2 is a useful effect to be able to repeat, but not particularly overpowered to get it twice in a row from a 5-mana rare. I worry that the ultimate is a bit similar to Liliana Vess. The +1 is a very minor effect, usually won't do anything at all; comparing Liliana's +1 to this makes it clear hers is far more powerful, so this could perhaps be +2 for the same effect.
Nonetheless, seems like a pretty good planeswalker design.
Changed the +1 to mill 2 cards to make it a bit stronger.
As to the ultimate, yes it is similar to Liliana's but it used to be even more similar. I changed it to exiling & making 2/2 Zombies to differentiate a bit.
My other idea was to create a Zombie Colossus creature token with P/T equal to # of creatures exiled (or even 2X #) - with deathtouch and possibly trample.
I don't really have a problem with the ultimate being to close to Liliana's. As it stands, Lil's abilities feel a little like 3 random black abilities on a Planeswalker, and this feels like a Planeswalker who intends to Necromance the board. Seems fine by me.
My only criticism is that the +1 is so weak unless you build around it. Actually, that's not the real issue, though, because I have no problem with weak +1s... its more an issue with how expensive the card is in order to do a weak +1. It seems to me that the numbers should be fiddled with to make this card cost

, so you don't feel bad when you activate the first ability. That would probably make the -2 too good, so it would probably need to drop to -3, and the Ultimate might need to go up too (though, I admit, waiting 5 rounds to go ultimate with this after having prevented all damage that would be dealt to it sounds fair enough to me).
Darkheart has stopped playing Magic :-( and asked me to look after the cards/sets he created. Except he lost his password...bummer
On the topic of mill planeswalkers, Wizards recently printed Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver. It's notable for being cheaper than this and milling more cards with the + ability. Admittedly this has a much more immediately valuable middle ability.
