­Buried Ruin, except {3} instead of {2} to better line up with effects found on Crystal Chimes and Skull of Orm, though neither are directly comparable.

Colorless usually doesn't have to pay much to recur artifacts, but it rarely recurs enchantments. So I figure this cost is okay for it.
