I think the design has been used before, or a similar design, but I can't quite remember where. I figure this is fine in this set because of Bequeath.

This is based on the tale of the leaping carps, who travelled up a waterfall in a yearly competition to be transformed into dragons. This is also where the idea for Magikarp/Gyarados comes from.

Yep, magical carps turning into dragons - can't have an eastern set without them. :)

Ahh, that's the one. I figured I saw it in a custom thread somewhere, and completely forgot about this card.
