Your line breaks are all over the place. There shouldn't be more than one between the keyword's reminder text and the next paragraph, but there should be one between the characteristcs-defining ability that sets the power and the static ability that conditionally grants indestructible.

I am a proponent of flagbearer abilities belonging in red in addition to - maybe even more so than - in white, so this is a nice twist (I assume the Boros symbol marks a red-white faction).

The pieces on this design don't necessary all fall into place perfectly, but they form neat patterns e. g. the synergy between flagbearer and indestructible as well as the fact that this become indestructible once its power become greater than its toughness.

I'm not a fan of the name - partly certainly because this wouldn't have the Juggernaut creature type.
