Not quite sure about this design yet. Impetuous Sunchaser has the same set of abilities at {1}{r}, with 1 less power and no gravedig clause. There's also Utvara Scalper, which is about the same power-level wise as Sunchaser. I figure the {r}{r} cost and the rarity shift, as well as the general terribleness of Impetuous Sunchaser should let this be strong, but not too strong, in limited.

This is also the smallest/cheapest phoenix ever.
