Last intro pack rare. This time its for UR Sequence.
There are non-Warrior Monkeys, I swear. The warrior type is a bit overused at the moment. Might be a mistake to use "Heroic" on a card without heroic, but my alternate name for it was "Aspiring Legend", and since it has no way to make itself legendary...
Not so sure this doesn't break anything, but it should be alright.
Meh. How about:
> : Until end of turn, you may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. If that card would be put into your graveyard this turn, exile it instead. (You still pay its costs.)
Given that its an intro pack rare, I feel like making its power level a little weaker than what it could be is fine. I believe Wizards considers "casting without paying mana costs" simpler to understand than "casting with paying mana costs" - which is my primary concern with this. Your version of the ability includes some balance concerns with being able to flashback any spell, but I think it should be fine. It's not necessarily what I am going for in this design, though.
2 or less -> 3 or less. Universal change.
