Keeping with the trend of "Red gets other colors' things but worse", here's Red Sigil Blessing.

Most of the time it will be somewhat comparable to Trumpet Blast, but I wanted to encourage voltroning things to drafters. Since adding Pyroclasm at common is a no-go, I'm using positive reinforcement instead.

Similar to Descend Like Hawk? Does this really need to be a sorcery?

That's true, it does feel a little bit like Descend Like Hawk. The latter is more useful in {u}{r} decks and this (ideally) is used as a finisher for {b}{r} or {w}{r} aggressive decks. Adjusting to bigger and slightly more similar to Trumpet Blast.

Made it bigger. Testing at {4}{r} for now, want to bring it down to {3}{r} because it doesn't grant any sort of evasion.

Since it's a sorcery, I think it can be {3}{r}. Not sure I want to make the leap to Instant status yet.

+2/+0 for others -> +1/+0. Slight nerf due to how swingy casting this made the game.
