Beneficial and detrimental Talisman. {r} {g} Talismans, since they aren't the main Talisman colors, are dually beneficial and detrimental. So you can put this on one of your creatures with haste and, if necessary, sacrifice it when there are no more good attacks; or you can put this on an opposing creature and entice the opponent to pay the cost so they get a blocker back.

Most unseal costs are {1} less than their original, but this one isn't because it's fairly marginal.
