Independent of color, I'd rather make that "put three +1/+1 counters on ~." rather than setting the p/t to a static value without markers.

Right now being a groundpounder that can grow really large this feels just not right in white.

If you went down on the size a bit and made it a flier, I could see this in white e. g. a 2/3 for {3}{w} that turns into a 5/6, maybe?

Another approach is to just keep the Agonizer at its size and create a second body in form of a 4/3 white Horror token.

The bodies still would be a bit atypical, but closer.
