So four keywords on the backside, but you chicken out on unleash 1?
As a DFC this card is about transforming between two modes (front & back) already. But with the triggered ability you also give the second mode different forms.
The transformation story this card tells is much more evocative than the inexplicable unleash. I'd scrap unleash from this since it reduces the effectiveness of the design.
Since the transformation happens in the upkeep, haste is close to meaningless on this card.
I don't see this being the card to explore the interesting interaction between lifelink and frenzy - I'd rather see them on a french vanilla SFC that draws the focus to this rather than hiding the interaction on the back of a card.
I guess that makes sense, but the +1/+1 counter is incentive to make this card aggro, especially if you were already running it.. Though statues are sort of tempo, maybe midrange, so I will take out the ability.
Haste will go too, never thought of the upkeep transformation much.
As for frenzy and lifelink, I kind of like Frenzy, so im probably gonna keep it, I know it clashes with taking out Unleash, but it is probably going to be a recurring mechanic in this set, so it is staying.
