The costs and mana amounts and the assymetric boost make this card hard to process. This could be more straightforward and simple.

Is it a good idea to require colorless mana for your mana fixing? Green can ramp already.

Hmm... true about the mana fixing, though I like where it is at, maybe a bit odd, but that is a small part of this set!

Basicallly it is {2}:{t}: add {4} to your pool

I can change it to +1/+1 if you like...
