Would more conventionally be written as a modal spell:

> "Choose one - target creature gets +2/+2 and gains reach UEOT; or target creature gets +2/+2 and gains trample UEOT."

But TBH, the complexity from the "choose only one" is no help at all. Trample only ever matters on attack, and reach only ever matters on defence, so just make it grant both and save the complexity points.

Very true. It was originally going to have "{g}: Regenerate" as a third choice and only give +1/+1. will make suggested change.
