Pretty bog standard design if you ask me, but it does its job. This is generally for the WU or possibly WG/WB decks as a top end finisher.

It's surely quite bombastic uncommon. I could see it turning a losing game into a win single-handedly by removing the opponent's threats and then hitting face in the air for the win.
