Whenever an opponent breaks a law, you gain 2 life.	Overseer of Offerings    U  Creature – Cat Cleric Oath (Whenever you cast a spell with oath, choose a color. You become sworn to only that color.) Whenever another creature of your sworn color enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. It gains indestructible until end of turn. 3/4
