Activate only any time you may cast a sorcery. (That creature loses all abilities and becomes 1/1 until your next turn.) It's not the color of your blood, but the size of your purse that matters in Morcassa. 2/3	Raze the Fields    U  Sorcery If an opponent controls three or more creatures, Raze the Fields costs less to cast. Raze the Fields deals 3 damage to each creature. No wheat would grow there again. No birds would return to sing. Just flame, salt, and death.	Knife in the Crowd    C  Instant Target creature gets -1/-1 for each creature on the battlefield. The Rodulus brothers died much as they lived – within the throngs of an unruly mob, stirred into a frenzy.
Inventive Tactics    C  Instant Choose one - ·Target creature gets +0/+4 and gains flying until end of turn. Scry 2. ·Return target creature to its owner's hand. Scry 2. At the Battle of Yocus, Trivians adapted to flying machines in order to combat the Klebian Aven.	Sister of Tarpeia    C  Creature – Human Shaman When Sister of Tarpeia dies, search your library for a card named Sister of Tarpeia, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. The sisters' choir must never weaken. 2/2	Land from Xanthium    C  Sorcery Search your library for a Plains or Forest card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library. If you control a white permanent, you gain 2 life. In an effort to placate their Trivian governors, many of the Xanthian tribes conceded large swaths of territory to the legions.	Maniple Trio    C  Creature – Human Soldier When Maniple Trio enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens. 1/1	State Seizure    C  Sorcery Destroy target land. Shame target creature. (That creature loses all abilities and becomes 1/1 until your next turn.) For their father's crimes, the Facilli family were shunned out of the Senate and had all their property confiscated by the state.
Customs Official    C  Creature – Vedalken Advisor Casting a colorless spell is against the law. Whenever an opponent breaks a law, scry 1. "And where is your permit for these... goods?" 1/3	Carthago's Loyalist    C  Creature – Rat Soldier Outmaneuver (Whenever this creature becomes blocked, each creature blocking it gets -1/-1.) 3/1	Arrogant Patrician    C  Creature – Vedalken Citizen When Arrogant Patrician enters the battlefield, shame target creature. (It loses all abilities and becomes 1/1 until end of turn.) 2/1	Ontru Bloodletter    C  Creature – Orc Barbarian Outmaneuver (Whenever a creature blocks this, it gets -1\-1) When Ontru Bloodletter enters the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to you.
