The two Consuls of Trivium wield absolute power for only one year. Only after their term expires can they be judged by their peers.	Plagued-Grain Merchant    U  Creature – Rat Merchant Whenever a creature you control dies, you may pay . If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on Plagued-Grain Merchant. , , Remove three +1/+1 counters among creatures you control: Destroy target creature. Activate this ability only any time you may cast a sorcery. 1/3
Conquered Conscript    C  Creature – Rat Soldier When Conquered Conscript dies, create a 1/1 white Citizen token. "The future is Trivian. My family may have died by their hands, but I'll do what it takes to reap the benefits of citizenship for me and mine." 1/1	Droning Philosopher    C  Creature – Vedalken Advisor Casting a spell with a converted mana cost 5 or greater is against the law. Whenever an opponent breaks a law, that player puts the top three cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. 1/3	Sister of Tarpeia    C  Creature – Human Shaman When Sister of Tarpeia dies, search your library for a card named Sister of Tarpeia, reveal it, and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. The sisters' choir must never weaken. 2/2	Plebian Misfortune    C  Sorcery Shame up to two target creatures. (They lose all abilities and become 1/1 until end of turn.)	Ironspear Hastatus    C  Creature – Human Soldier Battalion – Whenever Ironspear Hastatus and at least two other creatures attack, creatures you control gain first strike until end of turn. 2/2

Tarsus Lookout is untapped, scry 1. 1/3	Pacifism    C  Enchantment – Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature can't attack or block. When faced with a choice between servitude or utter annihilation, many Klebian city-states opted for the peaceful option.	Ontru Bloodletter    C  Creature – Orc Barbarian Outmaneuver (Whenever a creature blocks this, it gets -1\-1) When Ontru Bloodletter enters the battlefield, it deals 2 damage to you. The Ontru, one of the many tribes in Kurl territory, were rumored to flay themselves prior to battle so normal cuts would not slow them. 2/2	Velite Charge    C  Sorcery Velite Charge deals 2 damage to target creature. Create a tapped 1/1 white Soldier creature token. The fiercest fighters in a Trivian legion were the velites, shock troops whose purpose was to shock and decimate the enemy vanguard.
