Interesting cycle. Presumably this template is so that you still draw the card if the target is removed in response.

I think this particular card is still underpowered. I'd normally rather have Scavenged Weaponry, and nobody remembers that card. Either knock it down to 2 mana, or bump it up to +1/+1 or +1/+2.

My original idea was to have this replace the cards like Vigilance, Lifelink, Primal Frenzy and Reflexes. A simple card for the new players that older players don't laugh at them for picking up. Admittedly, none of those cards were any good, except for very corner case draft needs, and only if your deck really, really needed the 7/7 to have Trample.

I'd argue about power-levels here, but it seems to me that this card is a good idea that can be made even simpler by decreasing the cost by {1} and removing the +0/+1, and I'd rather get people in my play group to talk about this mechanic rather than pan it. Will it always be good when you play it? Probably not. But it can sometimes swing a game hard, and at {1}{w}, you can cycle right past it, so it does what a good cantrip should do.

Also, I'm pleased to see that you assume that this is a cycle. I only have it on two cards right now, since I am strapped for space at common, but its clear that this type of aura could be on, like, 15 cards.
