I made this card so that Blue gets something with flash with common.

For a while this was blue. I was aiming to make something that could trigger atomistic metaphysic, while also providing some stall, and I came up with a gaseous form effect. But with the way I've conveyed it flavourwise, and inasmuch as it's only until end of turn, it feels more white than blue.

Also, I neglected to give Blue enough flyers at common. Moving this card gives me more room for flyers.
