Normally this kind of card would have "Exile ~" tacked on to the end of it: All Suns' Dawn, Nostalgic Dreams, Praetor's Counsel, Recall, Restock, Seeds of Renewal, Wildest Dreams.
Those examples look like this is also a lot more likely to be rare than uncommon. There are uncommon examples: Vengeful Rebirth, Shreds of Sanity, Treasured Find, Pull from the Deep - but they're less frequent than the rare versions. In particular, getting multiple copies of the green "get back any card" effect has only been uncommon once, on Restock (which was rare originally).
So this isn't unprintable, but it will raise a few eyebrows.
This looks pretty bonkers to me. I would say it rivals Treasure Cruise, a card which is banned in both Modern and Legacy and even restricted in Vintage.
Consider the following: Get seven cards in grave (as in "threshold") -> cast Restock for
+ this is as flexible as it gets. Oh and yeah: it definitely should exile itself upon resolving.
Yeah, was thinking double regrowth instead of Restock. Definitely changing it to rare, though. I think I misclicked when I was drafting it up, lol.
What I was thinking is that if you try and abuse this you end up eating your own yard up to fuel it and thus run out of targets. One can't get back itself and if you try and chain them you are eating like 10+ cards a turn. The only decks I can think of doing something like that are Storm and Dredge and I'm not entirely sure they want this card since Storm already has Yawg Will and Dredge wants it's cards in the yard to Dredge.
You guys are awesome to design with, though!
