  • ability pain altered: damage in effect >> life payment in activation cost
  • wording: "Lands you control" >> "~ and other lands you control"

Concept: Enchantment lands want some global enchantment effect.

Maybe ETBT on this rather than pain on all?

(Not a fan of enchantment lands myself. Merely experimenting with what designs they would inspire.)
