Why not: You may search your library for a card named Perusal, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. Draw a card.

Chiefly aesthetic but it would slightly speed up the play of the card. At moment it's "see, ere's the Perusal, now I'll put it on top of my library then pick it back up again and draw another card as well".
