This is so much better than the others I recommend weakening this to 4/5 while buffing the others.

I agree. Stuff like this in green is normally larger, but for a significantly increased mana investment. If we're set on keeping the activation cost 3C, then we need to make these a lot more balanced.

Right now I think we're more likely to use the Creature Lands instead of man lands. But if we decide to use these instead then they would defiantly need some changes.
