Hee. A sorcery with hexproof. The rules probably don't actually handle that at the moment, but they easily could; the meaning is clear. Also strong red looting, most of the way to a Wheel of Fate. Fun.

Alex: youre right, the rules define hexproof for permanents and players only, but the wordeing is exactly the same, so theres an obvious and unique extension (so las you say, ets just assume its already there).

In fact, hexproof for spells would be nice: it could replace the slightly clunky "cant be countered by spells or abilities", making it slightlyh better but not in any way likely to matter.

Although, there could be confusion if hexproof on instants means the spell has hexproof, but hexproof on creatures doesnt.

Ooh. That is a good point and a potential problem.

Hmm... I didn't think of that. For now, this should be fine, since the cards in 20XD6 are meant to be drafted in a local store, and, if there's any confusion, people will easily explain it to each other. Still, that's unfortunate. I rather like the idea of Hexproof on instants, and the idea that a few more instants would end up uncounterable, or unredirecectable with a simple upgrade. Ah well.
