Compare with Survivor of the Unseen. Could probably be uncommon rather than rare.

I bumped it into rare due to too many Uncommons. I was hoping that the idea of a Spellshaper that "cheated" may be rareable... but I guess not. I could change the spell being cast from Inspiration to Divination, but I don't like how power-warpingly good that is.

Looks like I'm bumping a different card.

Also, I like Survivor and played with him in a number of decks, but he's one confusing commons. Besides, I don't think I've ever gotten more than +2 card advantage off of him. Better to compare to Jushi Apprentice which got considerable play.

Yeah, that sounds fair. Survivor is on the top end of complexity for a common.
