-1/-1 counters don't go in sets with +1/+1 counters for complexity reasons, and granting haste is a bit of a color bleed. How about something like a Heartless Summoning effect?
Haste is secondary in black, and it better represents how ruthlessly she drives them. Maybe make it
less, give them hast, and then -1/-1?
Haste is secondary in black, but black has never granted haste (besides Goryo's Vengeance style effects). I think that Heartless Summoning captures this flavor very well.

It would need to say "other creatures you control", or else be a 2/2 or 3/2 to begin with, otherwise this is completely useless.
