Looks good. Maybe use the {r} {b} slot to do a counterpart for the Parshendi?

Sure, that would be cool. Can we do a warriors vs. soldiers class thing in humans vs. parshendi, mostly? We really already are, with no human warriors or listener soldiers yet.

Maybe it's just me, but "disciplined" and "attack each turn if able" don't really go together, do they?
