While (((Artificer's Response))) is likely fine - since it produces two tokens rather than one - I'd prefer if, like Origins, we had all Thopters created by creatures, to reinforce the flavor of Artificers being accompanied by their creations. For this reason, here's an alternate take on the design that maintains much of what makes it interesting.
