What if every replicate spell in this set had a similar replicate cost such as needing to tap an artifact? Does this feel common and unlike Izzet?

We will need to make sure that we still have some expensive replicate spells that will be limited more by mana than the artifact requirement so that it still does it's job of providing a mana sink. It will still need you to have an artifact or 2 late game but doesn't require bunch of thopters or canisters to get full value.
