Would be changed if the proposed archetype change happens. Something like:
Trove of Stormlight
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control a permanent with a counter on it, scry 1. Then invest target permanent if you control a permanent with five or more counters on it. Then you win the game if you control a permanent with ten or more counters on it.
Wait... Helix Pinnacle. Crap. That would be fun...
We need something to represent the Palaneum flavor-wise. I like this idea, but we need to keep this card in the set. I might move full-lashing to WoR, as that's when Kaladin really starts coming in to his powers. We could then replace it with your idea above, and tweak this so they aren't as similar.
If we do end up doing that, then perhaps this could represent Shadesmar then? That would just require a name change. I have some ideas.
Regarding Helix Pinnacle: Well, I'm fine with it if we break modern, and actually make that card practical to use. :)
Maybe... We could replace (((Pastures of Shinovar))) with a land representing the Palanaeum? Preferably one that's not Library of Alexandria?
That would work.
Slightly less broken with pinnacle, now takes until turn 6 to win with t1 pinnacle, t3 this and no ramp or other spells cast. Considering that twin took years to be banned and won on turn 4, this should be alright, as around 30% of modern prevalent decks can win by t6 uninterrupted (and this only wins on t6 if it doesn't bother with interrupting more than once) and many can deal with enchantments (abrupt decay, thoughtseize, oblivion stone, inquisition of kozilek, and any counterspell in the format give Jund, Tron, Junk, and any blue deck a way to beat this.
