Do we have room for these in this set, or should we save them for WoR?

Sure. We can do that. I was planning on putting a set of colored shardplates in WoR.

Two cycles of 5 rare artifacts might be a bit too much to fit. We'd probably have to choose one.

All the more reason to keep this cycle in this set. Unless, you think two cycles is too much for a single block.

I mean for a block, considering that we had only allowed for 3 rare artifacts in this set.

Well, My plan was to include 8 rare artifacts in each block, which is including the shardblades/plates.
