Granting vigilance after attacks doesn't work, and the indestructible makes this a frighteningly effective defensive card against decks that are light on removal. I'd go with +1/+1 for each, plus first strike for attacks and lifelink for blocks costing {1}{w}.

Balance Notes: Each mode seems a bit weaker than average, but considering the enchantment syngergies, it should be alright. We can't really call the "options" card for this when arguing modal power level, as you don't choose your mode.
